Delivery Information

All products in the Musqet Webstore are custom-made to order by our fulfilment partner, Printful. This means every order goes through two stages before it reaches you: production (fulfilment) and shipping.
1. Production Time
Before your order is shipped, it needs to be produced. Printful manufactures each item individually once your order is placed.
- Production typically takes 2–5 business days for all product types.
- Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days, and more than 50% ship within 3 business days.
- Production times are estimates and not guaranteed. During busy periods (e.g. sale events or holidays), production may take slightly longer.
Production time is separate from shipping time. Your estimated delivery date is the sum of both.
2. Shipping to the UK
Printful has a fulfilment facility in the UK, and most UK orders are produced and shipped domestically, keeping delivery times short. Occasionally, if a specific product is only available from a European facility, your order may ship from Latvia or Spain — in which case delivery may take a little longer.

Delivery times shown above are after dispatch and do not include production time. To estimate your total delivery window, add 2–5 business days production time to the shipping time above.
Example: A standard order placed on a Monday could be produced by Wednesday–Friday, then delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch — meaning you could expect delivery within approximately 5–12 business days from the date of your order in most cases.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- International standard shipping typically takes 5–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
- Express international shipping is available to many destinations and typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- International orders may be subject to local customs charges, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by Musqet or Printful.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking information may take a few hours to update after dispatch.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@musqet.tech.
5. Delivery Delays
Delivery timescales are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes (e.g. peak holiday periods)
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Customs processing for international orders
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Events outside our reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, industrial action)
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. As products are custom-made to order, we are unable to redirect or cancel an order once production has begun. If a parcel is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
7. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund. Claims for lost orders must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Please contact us at hello@musqet.tech with your order number.
8. Split Shipments
If you order multiple products, Printful may occasionally split your order into separate shipments. This can happen when products are fulfilled at different facilities or require different packaging. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be ch
