Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2025 | Musqet Webstore – shop.musqet.com
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order through the Musqet Webstore at https://shop.musqet.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
The Musqet Webstore is operated by Musqet, a company registered in England and Wales.
Registered address:
First Floor, 5 Fleet Place, London, United Kingdom, EC4M 7RD
Contact: hello@musqet.tech
Website: shop.musqet.com
2. Products
All products sold in the Musqet Webstore are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printful, Inc. This means products are manufactured specifically for each order and are not held in stock by Musqet.
Our product range includes clothing, hats, tech accessories, and home & living items.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices displayed on the Store are accurate. However, product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Ordering
When you place an order through the Store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract between you and Musqet is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
We accept payment by the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. All transactions are processed securely by our payment provider using SSL encryption.
5. Fulfilment & Delivery
Products are printed and fulfilled by Printful, Inc., our third-party fulfilment partner. Once your order is placed, it is sent to Printful for production before being dispatched.
- Production typically takes 2–7 business days before dispatch, depending on the product type.
- Delivery timescales vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your location. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Musqet and Printful are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.
For full delivery information, please see our Delivery Information page.
6. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
Important exception: This right to cancel does not apply to items that are clearly personalised or made to order. Because all products in the Musqet Webstore are custom-produced on demand by Printful specifically for your order, they are considered personalised goods under Regulation 28(1)(b) and are therefore exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right.
We will still accept cancellation requests if made within a very short window after ordering, before production has commenced. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@musqet.tech. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details. In summary:
- We accept returns and will offer a replacement or refund for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced.
- As products are custom-produced on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Musqet Webstore, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Musqet or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Musqet’s total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for that order.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of data.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, extreme weather, or industrial action.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date shown above. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
